NVC PROCESS...
TO ALL WHO HAVE PARTICIPATED IN READING, LIKE/DISLIKE, ANY RESPONCE, I THANK YOU VERY MUCH. WE'RE ALL TRYING TO WIN THIS INTERNAL WAR AGAINST THE USA BECAUSE WE VALUE PEOPLE FROM OTHER COUNTRIES. GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!!!
NOW IM CONFUSED. I JUST GOT APPROVED FOR THE K1 FIANCEE. I got the letter from USCIS DETAILING THE APPROVAL AND THAT THEY are gonna forward my case to the NVC. KEEP IN MIND, 535$ AND SOME change was spent just to get the application fee handled. Now that my case is at the NVC, ARE you telling me that I have to pay even more money now for more paperwork processing? BASICALLY IN THE VISA PROCESS, THE NVC is somewhat of a SEPARATE agency from the USCIS; MEANING that now im at the mercy of the NVC, WHO WILL no DOUBT MAKE ME FILE MORE PAPERWORK FOR MORE FEES?? PAPERWORK THAT BASICALLY REPEATS SOME IF NOT ALL THE PAPERS I SENT TO THE USCIS? PLEASE, SOMEONE TELL ME THAT I WONT HAVE TO FORK OUT MORE MONEY TO THE VISA CENTER. YES I GET THAT THE EMBASSY INTERVIEW AND BIOMETRICS ARE additional fences to jump over. HOWEVER, IN MY RESearch and reading of info from the government website, I never read anything about having to pay more money to some NVC for their specific paperwork. the goverment website Make it seem like once your approved by the USCIS, your paperwork goes to the NVC who looks at it again, then easily and without issue, sends it to the beneficiary's embassy for the interview setup and stuff... a walk in the park so to speak....

your fiancé needs to pay $265 for the DS-160 interview application. Not sure if you are complaining about the K-1 visa process or that there is a separate payment from the petition vs the visa interview! Anyway you should get a email from NVC where they will ask you to “upload documents (yours and your fiancé’s) “ which when DQed will be forwarded to the consulate where your fiancé pays $265 for the DS-160. what you pay at nvc is the visa in uscis you paid for filing a petition it’s been the process ever since

last week I paid $125 to submit AOS and $325 for DS-260 to NVC the visa category is F2A not sure if the K1 category is cheaper. but yes u will be paying.

Brady so you are saying we have to upload the document? this process is not for K1 visas I think it is for other visas as far as I know but I may be wrong? has the process changed? thankyou Ermira

there have always been more fees... this isn’t something new? It ranges in total from $1200-$1500 and then when you get married and filed for adjustment of status.... there are more fees on to of this. this doesn’t include traveling expenses, marriage costs and fees, etc. I also don’t consider myself being at an “internal war” with the USA. These processes are done in ALL countries when marrying a citizen of another country and wanting to become a citizen or resident of their home country... No bureaucracy process is “a walk in the park” no matter what country.... Ive dealt with two other countries and lived as a resident in other countries outside of my home country, USA, and it’s been stressful in each one.
