Sorry about that, like I said before it's useless to file with USCIS when court has not made a decision yet. Your lawyer has to file with immigration court to dismiss case and a copy is sent to DHS attorney. I had master hearing in one state and was supposed to have individual the following year. I moved to a different state and got new lawyer. My case transfer was granted so first after my new lawyer filed motion. For now am stuck with my small FO saying I-130 pending interview schedule Covid-19 excuse 12 months now. The struggle continues 😪

@CA wow that’s crazy. but there’s a lot of mix news. I knew someone who was in removal proceeding got their green card before they went before the judge. she had her master calendar hearing scheduled and the lawyer wrote to the judge next thing the hearing was postponeded they sent her green card. But she still ofto go in front the judge later this year but her lawyer told her he’ll get everything throw out. so she won’t need to attend

@CA. Nope I haven’t. They mix up my vawa case that was withdrawn with my new case. Then I found out I was in removal proceeding. My lawyer told me to fill out i485 again and submit new fees. Not sure if they sent off that application. But when I go to my hearing in August guess that’s when I’ll know the next step. Hopefully I can get it Terminate.

I am in removal proceedings but have an approved I-360 since 2019. I tried to terminate proceedings in 2019 with approval but it was denied. I eventually had to transfer my case to Texas from Maryland because I moved. Now I'm just stuck for 6 months without a court date, it just says pending. I already submitted my i-485 to the court. Can I try to terminate the case again? Has anyone successfully terminated their case?
