I-485 Adjudication
All - my pd is Nov 2015 which I ported (from EB2) to a recent EB-1A petition I filed in Dec 2023. My I-140 got approved in Jan 2024 (through PP) and EAD got approved late Feb 2024. I am still waiting for I-485 to get approved. It got transferred to NBC (from TSC) in Jan 2024. The I-797 I received on my I-485 has no priority date mentioned - it’s blank. Should I be concerned about it? If not, since my date is current - when should I expect I-485 approval? Any guidance from your experience will be appreciated. Thanks in advance for your inputs

took 10 months adjudicating Eb1a 485 India. Regarding lack of priority date on 140. Check with you attorney or may be contact uscis

Applied end of Dec with PD of Nov 2012 (ported for EB2) EB1A India and waiting for 485 approval. it's in the 120-180 day range right now

do you do concurrent filing, if yes, I think it is normal. I don’t have that on my receipt notice either. but on my I485 application, my attorney did mention my existing PD. they can trace our PD by using the unique A number
