Premium Processing provides no time savings if the priority date is not current, since you can’t file for adjustment of status. However, if having an approval will provide peace of mind, then PP is worth every penny!

my case has been stucked for 11+ months. things are moving very slow now. also, priority date is not going forward so even if 140 gets approved, I won’t be able to proceed further
