mines been pending for like 2 weeks now🥲 and everyone else receiving an approval a day after :(

@alejandra martinez I’m going to wait 48hrs. Till Monday. If no movement on I-485 I will upload it because the approval says I should attach to I-485. That can’t hurt your case, so no harm in trying. People have done it before and it seemed to help. I’ll do it in 48hrs if no approval yet

Did you get approval notice of 130? I just got it. It show that I have to submit 485, but I already submit them in the same time with other application. My pd is Dec 21, 2022.

@Jen Chao yeah I did, i uploaded it on Sunday. it can’t cause any harm, im just frustrated because everyone is getting both of them approved at the same time, and mine isn’t, so yes I did upload to the I-485 evidence section. did you?

@alejandra martinez I did not do yet. my lawyer said no need to do, I have to wait 😭. please update me if you have anything change in your case. 🙏
