Hi guys, 50 days since the beginning, March 15th, on the 26th my biometrics were scheduled, on the 27th RFE, on April 11th I did the biometrics, on the same day my I-485 changed to “actively reviewing”, on April 23rd They received my evidence, on April 25th I received my SSN and yesterday, May 3rd I received my EAD.. can anyone tell me what this “actively reviewing” means? or what to expect from now thanks

almost all 485s go into active review after biometrics. it doesn’t mean they’re actively reviewing your case to be honest. I got my EAD fast (day of biometrics), for a RFIE for a birth certificate at 6 months and now I’m at almost 12 months and no action. and my case has been “active review” since June 2, 2023. do yourself a favor and enjoy the ability to work and just chill for a bit. it can be a long road
