Hallelujah! God is great! New Card is being Produced (05/16/2023)
I just got notified on the app that a new Card is being produced (6.30 pm on 05/16/2023). Dependents' still pending but hopefully will be approved in next day or so and we will have our Green Cards in hand in a couple of weeks.
Good luck to all who are waiting, don't give up as there is hope. Thanks to this community- it has been a great source of info and hope.
Below my timeline:
My PD is 03/29/2021 (I-140 filed, standard),
I-140 approved (EB1-C multinational Manager) 04/30/2022;
I-485 Submitted 08/04/ 2022 along with EAD form and Medicals;
Biometrics completed on 09/08/2022; Case status since then is "Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken"..
My notice is MSC22906**** .
It was at NBC until Oct 2022 when our cases got moved to Texas center.
Cases moved back to NBC on March 1 2023.
As per Emma (live agent), in mid-late March 2023 cases were moved to LA Field Office (non-local) and interview was waived.
My 485 approved on May 16th, 2023. Dependents should follow in next few days!

@JK - yes, been a long time waiting especially when i started seeing EB apps from 2023 already getting approved. But Given everything else and how long some people are still waiting, I consider myself lucky. And you guys provided the much needed motivation and hope.

@M ... I filed with my I-140 already approved ( was approved in Apr 2022). I-765 was received in Oct 2022. I-131 still pending, but we got the GC approved , so now it will be closed anyway. Good luck to all.

@Guilherme Agnoletto - I asked Emma to connect to a live agent ( did it 4-5 times in total, most times got consistent response that files have been transferred to LA FO, Some agents even provided Date the file was transferred, last time someone reviewed the file, when the interview waiver was given etc)..
The way I asked is simply request the agent to tell me "What exactly is happening with my case right now and what is the next Step? Is it going to a field office next? would Really appreciate if you can provide any insights etc.. " after providing all the details of my case.. I give them a little guilt trip that our cases were being transferred back and forth for months.. and most of the agents will provide the details ... Don't forget to wish them good morning / afternoon..
BTW - there is no rhyme or reason for cases being transferred or staying at NBC.. our stayed at NBC for 2.5-3 months, then unnecessarily transferred to Texas and stayed there for 4.5 months, then 2-2.5 months at Field Office ..
So, All i can say is - Have hope. follow up with congressman inquiry ( it wouldnt help much usually, but can provide some insights) etc. each case is different even if we all like to compare ours with others , esp those that are getting approved much faster ( and not pay attention to those taking much longer).

hi @Vin Ken, did your dependent case got approved? my dependent case is still pending and wondering how soon it will be approved? our both applications are at the same FO, but case manager seems different as Emma agent said both applications are being processed separately.

@Jay K - yes, by the grace of God- all our cases were approved around the same time (dependents -next day) and we all received our GC's in the mail together about a week ago ( on May 25th) ..

I have applied for a green card on 03/29/2021
until now I’m still waiting for it
i called them and inquiries
now I’m waiting the response by next month
but the App tells me that the new card is produced
but I don’t trust these information sometimes bro
