Green Card issued - USPS didn't deliver?
Two weeks ago my wife's green card was approved, and was delivered on Saturday, April 29. Unfortunately, it wasn't ACTUALLY delivered. The Post Office shows it was, but it never hit our mailbox. Has anyone encountered this? How long to let USPS dick around without a real resolution before just biting the bullet and filing an I-90 for replacement? How long does that take?

You should have went to the post office on that Monday because sometimes, they did say" delivered " but will delivered it on the next business day. Try and called the usps with the tracking nber you have and ask them. But I'm sure they returned it to uscis. in that case, you should file the I-90 but it would be a long waiting time again.
