Estimate time
Greetings Community,
On April 4, 2024 my "estimated time to case decision" was 9 months. Five days later, on April 9, 2024 it dropped to 3 months. Should I be a little excited about this? Has anyone experienced something similar and the dates ended up being sort of correct before they received approval for their i 130 Petition for Alien Relative?

USCIS myProgress is not accurate, I have same experience with my 3 petitions(i130) since 2021 it keeps changing but never get any result. It’s frustrating coz it’s almost 3 years and my parents and brother are not yet to be called for biometrics or any RFE if we needed too. We have all documents as well, I even attached my W2’s and extra paperwork this year hoping they will at least see that I’m watching my applications.

see, it’s 50/50 & all depends on the case you filed for. because I have read others being on the same situation and getting approved on the same weeks. & others not so lucky.
