@Mrs T combo card is not to travel to any country. it is to reenter the US from any country while your I-485 is pending except from your country of persecution if u an asylee

Yes combo card is good to travel just about anywhere you want go.

if your I-131 is approved, I think that means you can leave and re-enter the US without abandoning your application. It should not matter where you go
