Using EAD for any job will terminate your H1b

@new img you’re correct but your reply is incomplete!! you can do anything you would do with GC BUT if you have an active H1b and you used your EAD for work then your H1b will be terminated immediately. and in case your GC is denied then you lost both H1b and EAD.

@abdul fa you don t lose h1b by working. you lose it only if you enter the US using advance parole. this is what my lawyer said and what I found doing my research.

you cannot use EAD for one job and h1-b for another, not legally correct. so no, if tou have a valid h1-b you should not be taking a second job with your EAD. If tou switch to EAD, consult your attourney, not sure if it triggers risk od an RFE.

@VCN EB my lawyer said. the only way you lose h1b is if you enter the us using advance parole or loose your job with the H1b sponsor.
