thank you everyone. to be very honest, they asked us nothing. my husband was a daca kis. the officer called us back and made us swear we would tell the truth. we sat down, he asked us to confirm our names. after that, there was a series of questions about if my husband had a criminal record, if he served in the military, etc. after that he asked us if we were married we said yes. he asked how long have we lived at our current address. we told him. he then asked if we had any type of lease or mortgage papers with both of our names on it. we provided the lease and he didn’t even look through anything past the first page. and then he said okay you’re approved, you’ll get your gc in 2 weeks in the mail. and we walked us to the elevator. that was it. there was no questions for me as the sponsor but we were prepared with all our pictures and proof of real marriage.

did they update you status online?

Nina piora I had my interview Wednesday and they told me it was under review and later around 6pm it updated that my card was being produced ! 🎉😀 how’d your interview go??

hi gloria! he didn’t ask anything, just name and work history! that was a little wired for me! at the end of interview after reviewing questions regarding criminal history he mentioned that they gonna update my case later on a day our tomorrow and i asked whatever that the results is there and he responded that he is gonna approve our case!!! but still nothing…..

that’s awesome I didn’t get approved on the spot although he did mention that the green card should arrive in mail if approved and that he didn’t need anymore information , my attorney said it should update within 48 hours and sure enough it did I hope yours updates today keep us updated 😊

happy to hear that! mine still no update and nothing, but i hope just because of biometric, because of pandas they used my previous bio that is for 4 years ago and on Friday just right after my interview they updated me that they scheduled my fingerprint to do it again! my lawyer said probably because of this the officer couldn’t approved! it doesn’t make sense to me but lets see:))
