@C L how is the expedite request made in Emma? do you have to connect with live agent and ask for it? Also, what’s the reason you provided? does it need supporting documents?

yes i said something like “i want to make an expedite request “ and that connected me to an agent

to be honest i am not sure they actually initiated the expedite. other people with case numbers around mine also got approval around the same dates without expedite. they never asked me to send additional information for the expedite so i didn’t even get to explain the reason
