thats something I don’t understand. I applied for I765 on October 11 and still waiting, and people who applied same day or even earlier got approved. that’s insane.

You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Mandamus Pro Se"

@Mike Smith as with all things it may just be the person handling the cases. Some people work faster than others. I applied March 2021 so hoping after seeing so many February 2021 approvals that I'm close to mine :)
