You could get your local congressman to submit a case enquiry. That will get a response from USCIS at least explaining what’s going on with your case

after interview 6 months l heard nothing from uscis😓

After 6 months and a home visit that went well, nothing. Still waiting. Very pathetic way to go thru this process.

@Z.A Original that uscis renew your Ead card? I send I-765 but They closed my case Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, , because the applicant or petitioner received a status or benefit through other means. l really don't know why?

@Natalie: Yes my wife got her renewal in January. You mean your case is pending and they closed your 765 case right? Have u called and spoken to USCIS? They should be able to give you a good reason for that if u have a pending 485. Get them on the phone 1st thing in the morning.

Natalie M. I think your case has already been approved in the system, but you just got a bad officer who doesn't wanna send your card.

The waiting game is crazy! my Pd is June 2017, marriage base, field office Chicago. my first interview was October 2018, second interview/stoke was august 2019 which I believe it’s went very good. since then I haven’t hear anything till now, I just received my 4th EAD renewer receipt last week. have contact obdusmen, congressman, senator all there responds was same that Uscis reply them that my case was still pending, my wide have call them many time and have also called them many times, making service request every 2month still no update. we sha all laughing soon and rejoice with approval 🙏🙏🙏

@ A am definitely doing that next month and no going back about sue them and even I don’t care about there decision . the waiting is affecting me in many ways and I can’t control that anymore!
