No it does not. i360 start counting the day you filed. I wish it was like that for all of us. we wouldn’t have to wait this long

@hey hi I'm not sure you qualify for VAWA if your spouse was LPR but you can proof that. It is true though that you can use the priority date from a previous pending I-130 when applying for VAWA. I wish I had known that at the time
