Writ Mandamus
I have been reading inaccurate information from many people here about when to sue. You can sue at any time you want, even if it is a month after submitting your paperwork. Is it recommended? No! Can you do it? Yes. There’s no statute of limitations saying when is legally an excellent time to sue. USCIS's timeline is their estimate, but it is not a law. Cons is suing. - You might get denied quickly if your case is not strong - You will spend a lot of money. Pros - You will be over with this nightmare. Do not sue without a lawyer, the majority here have English as a second language, and the paperwork can be tricky and time-consuming. If you are willing to risk it, then it’s all you. I’m not a lawyer, nor do I know the law to the extent of doing anything like that on my own, but when your car breaks, where do you go? To the mechanic. Let the lawyers do law and do not play with what you do not know. Also, do not follow anything I'm saying. I'm just giving my opinion. I am not in a position to provide legal advice to anyone. Stay informed, read, investigate, and pray. May God guide all of you and fill your hearts with peace. God Bles you all!

Nice write up, if your case is still within the processing time, I’ll advise not to sue…

I did try but my attorney had to dismiss it because there’s no visa available for my category

I would say if a person is organized, and well rounded, he can sue as Pro Se. But 100% need help with mandamus draft, to properly write it, and steps to properly file the lawsuit etc. My friend, and many posts I read, sued, and won as Pro Se, but they all got assistance with it.
