USCiS denied my request for expedite 485 due family issues!
after waiting one month, they didn’t accept my request!! instead said go and apply for emergency advance pro. 😏
I applied 360&485 on 12/21/2020
july 26,2021 fingerprint was applied for 485
Feb2024 360 was approved.
485 still pending!
they mentioned 485 is on NBC .
didn’t get rfe for medical yet .
does any body know how much more I have to wait ?

No one knows how long, all cases are different. If you suffering you can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Mandamus Pro Se"

please can you give me a break down of our your expedite your 485 cos mine has been pending since 2018, my vawa was approved April 2023 and nothing yet from my 485. thank you for the help in advance
