processing times
Processing time were updated and now get a i765 based in c9 is 3.5 to 11.5 months and according to them they're working on March 25, this is insane!!!! Yesterday at midnight I saw and they were working in May 31 and the processing time was 4-9 months!! Please people we should do something or lawyers you should sue USCIS!! This is 100% scam!!!

I’m convinced that it keeps going up because SO MANY people keep expediting. I saw someone called and the USCIS representative told her that they’re getting so many expedite requests that they now have to put expedite requests on the expedite requests!!!

It can be but anyway is stupid go back to March, if yesterday was MAY 31 it means they already processed all the applications before May 31, so going back to March for me is just an excuse to give us shit

Maybe it’s just a tactic they use so people can’t do outside of processing time inquiries!

I was 2 month away from being outside normal processing time for my I-485. the max was 32.5 months. Now it says 41 months. wow

when I did my application submission it was period of up to 18 month now it showing up to 35 months and I’m waiting already 16 months without any changes
