it means you’re lucky i guess. if your case got transferred to say vermont or california, you would’ve been doomed waiting for more than 15 months+ to get your case approved

I am assuming you are referring to 15 in line as per app prediction. That just means that of all the people who decided to add their here on this app, you are 15th in line. Not truly the case for overall USCIS representation
