Hi all,
We submitted our application via the post but we recently logged onto the online services to see whether there was any information. Upon looking we noticed that one item of our evidence had been uploaded to the site but without a request for information.
We submit up to 8 different documents including evidence of a legitimate relationship for our spousal based I-130. The item uploaded was one of many documents. What does this mean? Will they be asking us about this document or does it mean they've finished reviewing it? We've been under "active review" for nearly 2 months now.
