MY I130 GOT APPROVED BUT NEEDED TO SEND AN I824.
HAS ANYONE GOT APPROVED FROM CALIFORNIA CENTER 2024? IF YES, WHEN DID YOU SEND YOUR FORM?
HOW LONG IT TOOK FOR THEM TO SEND YOUR CASE TO NVC.

i30 for parent got approved in 42 days . but i had to file an I824 I file it two weeks ago nothing yet

a small mistake i have done was that i indacted both options where the benefciary apply for visa . even I wrote only CA in one aption beacuse of that CA i had to file the i-824

hey similar thing here i130 approved and I sent i824 but I got Nebraska 😞

ive been waiting 10 months. I-824 is at Potomac. no wait time estimates on USCIS website
