I-130 USC for Spouse in India
I'm a USC, submitted I 130 for Spouse in India with PD in January 2020., 6 weeks ago status changed to "actively being reviewed..nothing required at this time.."., after i had an in persom interview to expedite on humanitarian grounds., however i haven't heard anything including if my expedite request was accepted or rejected. They just asked for me to upload txt msgs, pictures etc to show proof of marriage. Last time i called service center was California. Anyone have additional input as to what to expext etc? Thank you

front liner..i.e physician in setting of covid 19..and it honesly is mentally draining being alone without family support

went for an interview to expedite the process. yes.
