PD: 11/21/2017
RFE: 12/31/2020
I-130 APPROVED: 04/14/2021
received I-797: 04/17/2021
I am permanent resident of Canada and an Indian National.
I wanted to know what will be the next step.

your file goes to NVC and gets welcome letter from NVC giving new case number and Invoice number. Then it will ask you to pay fee and submit your DS260

I'm waiting about 19 days now since my file was sent to NVC. On the I-797 says wait at least 45 days to get communication from NVC.

peedee i got approval and file went to nvc on 05/25/2021 how long it will take for welcome letter to come
