How long for spouse 485 approval from CRP after primary 485 approval
Hi Family, My 485 is approved today and my spouse 485 is in status ‘Case Remains Pending’. Any idea on how long it will take for the spouse 485 approval? Will it trigger any notification for adjudicatir or will it automatically get approved? Any input you may have is really apprecaited.

@Vik R primary's on March 21st and spouse's on March 23rd. Got the approval letter in mail on March 28th for both.

I have the same question. I am the main petitioner (EB1-A). I just sent RFE response on my i 485, it was received today by USCIS, hopefully will be approved soon as there is an additional form was requested. But there is no movement on my dependent's i485.

same here… 20 days of primary approval and no update on my dependents. I’m seeing it happening a lot.

@Vk43 Gt applied 485 - oct 2023 biometric - nov end 2023 feb end - RFE responded RFE - march 1st week approval - march last week

@Vik R . did you get your RFE from Field office or NBC? I got an RFE on March 5th & our response was received by USCIS on March 22nd. So wanted to just know. Thank you and i hope your spouse receives her GC soon.

@Vik R - My PD is 19 Nov 2020 and 485 application is marked as pending for visa numbers. 1st April date becomes current and in situation that I may lose the job so just wondering if USCIS calls for an interview then I might be in difficult situation
