is there anyway to renew license without ead?

uscis said they ordered fingerprint in March. still waiting for the notice.

same PD for renewal feb 2021 and heard nothing my current ead will expire next month and was wondering the same if there is any other way to renew my drivers license? could the 6 months extension with the reciept count?

yes it will count. I used the extension to renew my DL

yes you will succeed. but the DL will not have the star until you go back with the EAD. but you can drive with it.

what do you mean with the star? the 6 points?

the DL with the star at top right enables you to travel anywhere within the US. some states have restrictions

some states have restrictions when the start is not there.

u should talk to your lawyer because it is out of normsl processing time

unfortunately it’s not, they reached early November for the c8 category

they received my application on Nov 16 2020.

uscis just informed me that the Adjudication officer insist that I do biometrics and I have to wait for the notice. don't know when they will send it.

@shah baba, do you have any updates? february filler/Nebraska filler also.
