EAD based on different category I485
Hi I filed I485 based on approved I140 EB2NIW. I have EAD on my hand. Iam going to marry to LPR soon whom I have been in a relationship for more than three years. If I apply I130 and then I485, can I get I765based on I130? I am asking this because I765 based on I140 EB2 is limited to same or similar category jobs. If I want to change to jobs a bit different one than that of I140 approved area, I think EAD on I130 which has no such limit is better. Is that possible to apply I130 and I485 while waiting for I485 approved as a back up plan? I just think about it but not yet plan to do it. Thank you in advance.

I765 is not limited but when I get interview if I work in the different area, my I485 will be denied and I need to leave this country immediately

But NIW doesn't have an specific employer, there's no tie

There is a tie in the field, not an employer. Because NIW is national interest waiver. NIW was approved based on the accomplishment in certain area, so changing area triggers denial, as for my knowledge.
