@Shola Thomas, Were you separated from the onset of the interview or after some set of questioning? I am asking because separately interviewing couples is mostly to detect sham marriages, after a red flag is seen. Your interview was just few days ago, you might still be approved anyway

yes right from onset and I noticed almost everyone was interviewed separate out of 7 set 6 sets was separate and I heard it’s always like that at Montgomery Alabama

mine was also the same (Montgomery ,Al) @shola . we were separated by the IO & the interview went well but still not received anything yet, it’s already 36 days has been completed to my Interview & the status has changed to Interview was completed and my case must be reviewed right after the interview.

@martins wow, mine doesn’t even changed to interview completed still at interview was scheduled and do you have EAD before the interview or after or nothing was sent

yes @shola , I have received my EAD one week before the interview.

but did your I-130 has approved yet cause I filed the form i-485 after approved the from I-130 petition .

my attorney file everything together

but my EAD and travel document approved already the same day before I got home

yes he said he will get to me but will take him some days to check all the evidence and files

my interview was on March 12 , 2021 but still nothing updated since they changed it to Interview was completed and my case must be reviewed

yes I only sign form with my two initials but not I-485 cos I already did that with all my application

yes we were separated but my wife she is a us citizen so the IO took her only 15-20 minutes for the interview but for me it was for 40-50 minutes

can’t count how many questions but almost everything you could ever think of lol every details every ur and min what you did at home it took a like an 1hr plus asking questions

hey @moh ,buddy how was your interview & what IO was told you at the end and what visa did you have while entering in the usa ! because mine was c-1 visa so was that a problem to hold my case like that !!

he said he would send us a REF and no my visa was F-1

did you miss any documents at the interview and RFE was for what !!
