calling USCIS
what number should I call to talk to an agent there? my case was transferred to NBC2 months ago. they’re oficially two months late on their processing time for my case (i-751). i sent them an e-inquiry 1 month ago and nothing. thanks for your help.

same here! case was transferred a month ago. I sent them an outside normal processing time last week.

It never works with USCIS if we say our cases are outside of processing time

hi. you can try this....when you call 800 number and ask for receipt number enter 772 plus some other random numbers. there should be 13 numbers in total and then follow instructions. she will tell you your case was not located so hold for an agent. make sure you have your correct receipt number handy. then ask your questions.
