hello guys. do you guys know when the uscis account it’s been blocked? they said they blocked it because I didn’t use it frequently. do you know how can I get my account again?

i did the process and they said it will be sent a code but nothing. I will wait today what happen, I talked to an agent and she could not help because I was not in USA. If I don’t get a solution today I’ll create a new account tomorrow

nothing yet :( I created a new one, but in this one I can’t see my history and the inquiries I have sent. in the another one I could. there are two kind of accounts. I don’t know what else to do and I don’t know how to create a new one like this before
